Sarah is our permanent clinical pharmacist. Sarah has particular expertise in the initiation and monitoring of anticoagulants and will be an invaluable medicines expert who will be available to support and advise our Doctors about all aspects of medicines management.

As well as monitoring our patients' repeat prescriptions, Sarah will be holding both face-to-face and telephone medication reviews. Having Sarah on board as a highly qualified medicines expert means that our Doctors can free up a little extra time to focus on seeing patients who need to see a GP.

Sarah is also passionate about training and development, so from time to time she will have pre-registration pharmacists and other junior pharmacists working alongside her.
