Repeat Prescriptions
Please follow the guidelines and choose the right option for you.
Please allow us 72 hours (three working days), to process your prescription request.
We do not accept repeat prescription requests directed at the surgery over the phone.
Ordering a Repeat Prescription
Prescription Ordering Hub Closure
Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board have made the decision to decommission the Repeat Prescription Ordering Hub. The planned date of closure is 30th April 2026 but depending on staffing in the hub this service may cease prior to this date.
We are strongly advising patients to ensure they are aware of other ways to order their repeat prescriptions before the anticipated closure.
Please only order the medication you need.
The NHS Wales App
Order repeat prescriptions via the NHS Wales App, and have them sent to a pharmacy of your choice.
Prescriptions Hub
Our patients (and all patients across the Bridgend area) can order repeat medication over the telephone by calling the Prescriptions Hub. This hub is not based at the surgery but works closely with us to get the prescription you need to be prepared.

At the Chemist
Some chemists allow you to order your repeat prescription from them. Please speak to your chosen chemist to see if they offer this service.
In Person at the Surgery
You can hand in your repeat prescription slip at the surgery via our postbox outside the front door.
We will then process the prescription and give it to a local chemist of your choice, so you can collect your medication from them.
Please make it clear which chemist you would like to collect from.
Please allow three working days before collecting your medication from the chemist.
By Post
Simply post your completed repeat prescription slip to the surgery. Please, remember to indicate which chemist you would like to collect your medication from by circling the relevant option or noting it on your repeat prescription slip.
