HENRY Healthy Families: Right from the Start programme is running in Cwm Taf Morgannwg for parents or carers of children aged 0-5 years old and is FREE to join. Themes such as parenting confidence, family lifestyle habits, routines, mealtimes and nutrition, physical activity and active play for little ones are covered in the sessions.
