Graeme is an experienced practice manager and is responsible for the smooth running of the organisational, financial and administrative areas of the business. He has the privilege of leading the staff team to support the clinicians as they care for our patients. Before becoming a practice manager, Graeme had an interesting and diverse career in banking, third sector, church leadership and being a concert pianist. He holds a Masters degree from Union School of Theology here in Bridgend. 

Graeme is the first practice manager in Wales to be accredited by the Insititute of General Practice Managers.
