The NHS Wales App is replacing My Health Online, and My Health Online will be switched off in the not too distant future,

My Health Online allows you to book GP appointments and request repeat prescriptions online using your mobile, tablet or computer.

 

It means that you don't have to wait on the phone to your GP practice - you can make requests online at a time that suits you.

 

You can also view your medications and allergies, or your GP record in more detail, including immunisations, if you have specifically requested us to do so.
