Order online
You can order your repeat prescription at the click of a button via the NHS Wales App. This is one of the most popular and convenient ways of ordering repeat prescriptions.

By telephone
Our patients (and all patients across the Bridgend area) can order repeat medication over the telephone by calling the Prescriptions Hub. This hub is not based at the surgery but works closely with us to get the prescription you need prepared. Please allow three working days to process your order.

Lines are open Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm (excluding bank holidays).
In person at the surgery
You can hand in your repeat prescription slip at the surgery via our postbox outside the front door. We will then process the prescription and give it to a local chemist of your choice, so you can collect your medication from them. Please make it clear which chemist you would like to collect from.
Please allow three working days before collecting your medication from the chemist.
By post
Simply post your completed repeat prescription slip to the surgery. Our address can be found on our Contact Us page. Remember to indicate which chemist you would like to collect your medication from by circling the relevant option or noting it on your repeat prescription slip.

At the chemist
Some chemists allow you to order your repeat prescription from them. Please speak to your chosen chemist to see if they offer this service.
